Markley Lowell LLC and Tanner Street Investco LLC, a company owned by Markley CEO Jeff Markley, filed suit against the city of Lowell claiming the entities are not subject to a moratorium on the expansion of existing data centers, and the construction of new ones.
According to Jeff Markley, however, Markley Lowell and the city have since agreed to dismiss the lawsuit “by joint stipulation.”
